She uses all those teeth to munch on her favorite snack...gold fish crackers! She still has no interest in chocolate but she loves lollipops & we love hearing her say lollipop!
She loves being outside & demands her walks everyday! Her Nana spoils her with several walks a day! But they BOTH enjoy them very much! Her favorite outdoor activity is playing with bubbles!!! She gets so excited trying to catch them! She's really good at blowing them too!
She loves picking flowers outside too (our weeds are beautiful lavender flowers and they're everywhere!) She crinkles up her little nose and sniffs them and says "mmm"! I can't take how cute she is!!!
Some of our favorite Gigi phrases this past month have been, "Daddy, where are you?" (The name changes based on who or what she's looking for and what's new is that now she puts her little hands by her mouth to help project her voice!); "come on" when she wants us to follow her; "look" when she wants to show us something; "hey" when she wants to tell us something and "HEY!" when she really means it! - we're trying hard to remove this one from her vocabulary - you'll hear us say that age-old response of "hay is for horses!"; "what's that noise?" when she hears something new or loud - which really shows her age because last summer any new noise sent her running to us in a panic! My baby is getting so grown up! My favorite by far is when she stops what she's doing and says in an asking manner, "Mommy?" To which I reply, "yes, Gigi?" To which she says, "ok" and then continues on with whatever activity she was doing as if she was just checking! I well up every time! I'm welling up now just thinking about it!
We love our grown up birthday girl!!!
