Mommy said today was the day and she was right! She said that my breakfast was too tasty to go in a bottle and she wasn't kidding. It was apple pear vanilla granolla - yummy!!
I usually cry & cry when that spoon gets too close to my mouth. If Mommy wants to get any food in my mouth (and she tries everyday) she uses those cries to her advantage by waiting for a big cry & slips it in my mouth - tricky mommy! But then I just cry louder...yesterday she got four bites in that way. Not today - I didn't cry at all. Mommy & Daddy were so delighted!!
Mommy knew just what to do. I sat in my high chair & she put on Barney to distract me. Did I mrntion how much I like Barney? While I was watching she put the spoon by my mouth & I didn't even notice. Next thing you know there was food on my tongue! It was yummy!
I really amazed them a couple of times when I started to turn my head away & then came back to the spoon & put my tongue out for the food. They clapped & cheered. It was really silly & funny too!
Well, I made them very happy this morning. I wonder what mischief I can get away with now!! LOL!!
