So funny!

While shopping Gigi saw this picture display & decided it was her! She kept saying, "it matches Gigi. That's me Mommy, that's me!" Clearly that's not Gigi! LOL!! She's so silly sometimes!

Tonight we received a Christmas card from our Aunt Carol & Uncle Richie & I showed it to Gigi & she said over & over, "it's so amazing!" It was too cute!

Happy December 6!

Tonight Gigi got a new Little People person for her Christmas Village that she plays with (or destroys daily) under the tree. She's a sweet old lady with a gingerbread cookie. She must work in the bakery. How nice...maybe she and the old man that work there will get married!

Tonight Gigi's gift was a reindeer necklace that you have to string yourself. She was so proud to make it too. It was a fun little craft that we got to do together. I think she's ready for the lacing activities now.

We had such a fun day. It was chock full of activities & we're ready for bed! Tomorrow is the first of our 4th Annual family outings. Tomorrow we travel to Hogwarts! Looking forward to anoyher fun day!

Our Sleepy Baby!

Well she fell asleep immediately following the cookie party & we let her sleep about 50 mins. I felt it was enough for a quick cat nap but clearly she wasn't done! She would have probably slept through the night. We're on our way to a Christmas party to benefit Toys For Tots & all the gifts are going to the children at the Arnold Palmer hospital. We have a sack full of fun things. Santa would be proud.

I think we're enjoying this more than Gigi!

Gigi had us laughing so much tonight she finally had to tell us to be quiet which made us laugh more!!! I think we might be enjoying this nightly tradition a little more than her! She's just so cute! Tonight she got a set of beautiful Dora ornaments for the tree. Here are some pictures.

She started posing like this after opening the gift and we couldn't figure out why until we looked at the ornaments. In the big one Dora was posing in the same way. too cute!

We Have More Space!!!

I was so happy to see this morning's picture post. Yay! We're back in business! I've added pictures to the first two days of our Christmas celebration posts. I will also see if any of the messages and pictures I tried to post over the last few weeks are still in my phone to be resent. I'm so excited!

Happy December 2nd!

I have some good news! We've figured out why I can no longer post pictures to the blog. Apparently we've used up all the space provided by Picasso. We went ahead and paid $5 per year for additional space so I can post again. It should be back to normal in the next day or so!

For the 2nd day of Christmas Gigi opened a package of stickers tonight and she was so excited. She looked so cute in her PJ's too.

Happy 25 Days of Christmas!

Well, my phone worked long enough to post that it was working but then I haven't been able to post since then. So sad! You have been missing out on so many wonderful events and pictures!!! Well, I'll try to be more diligent but it's such an effort to log in from a real computer! We'll get it figured out soon enough I'm sure.

Today was an extra special day. Gigi turned 33 months old today! She's getting closer and closer to three! Gigi grew a half inch this month. She's now 35 1/4 inches tall and weighs 26 pounds. She's very close to being in a size 6 shoe and she's wearing her 3T clothes except pants, she's still in 2T pants. She still has a tiny tummy and 3T pants are just too big! LOL!

In addition to it being Gigi's 33rd month birthday it is the first day of December and you know what that means...the 25 days of Christmas has begun in the Gurwitz home! Last year we had to teach Gigi how to unwrap a present and to prepare her for Christmas morning we gave her a gift to open each night in December. We had so much fun we decided to make it a holiday tradition. So Gigi will open a gift each night that Santa has sent by one of his elves. He leaves it in a beautiful sleigh that Nana & Papa gave us. Gigi's first gift was a storybook and CD that tells the story of Rapunzel from the new Disney movie Tangled. She loved it!
